Introduction

At NextGen Collectors, we want your collectible items to arrive safely and promptly. Below, you’ll find our shipping options (domestic and international), estimated delivery times, and how insurance applies based on the shipping method you choose. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

A. Australia Post

  • Standard Shipping (No Insurance)
    • Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.
    • Signature on Delivery included, but no insurance is provided.
    • If you wish to avoid any insurance charge, choose Standard Shipping.
  • Express Shipping (Mandatory Insurance)
    • Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.
    • Signature on Delivery included.
    • Insurance is automatically included, calculated at $2.50 per $100.

If you pick Standard and want zero insurance cost, you assume the risk beyond minimal carrier coverage. Choosing Express means you pay for mandatory insurance to protect your shipment.

B. TNT Australia

  • Over $5,000 Orders: TNT is required. Australia Post is not allowed for orders above $5,000.
  • Under $5,000 Orders: You may optionally choose TNT at checkout instead of Australia Post. This offers an “Overnight Express” service to many locations (timeframes depend on your area).
  • Insurance & Signature on Delivery: TNT charges its own insurance rate automatically at checkout. Signature on Delivery is always required. We do not offer TNT shipments without insurance.

International Shipping

A. New Zealand

We ship via either Australia Post International or FedEx:

  • Australia Post International:
    • Typically 4–10 business days plus any customs delays.
    • Insurance is mandatory, included in the shipping rate. Signature on Delivery applies.
  • FedEx:
    • Usually 2–7 business days plus customs.
    • Mandatory insurance is factored into your shipping cost. Signature on Delivery applies.

All duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival in New Zealand are the customer’s responsibility.

B. Other International Destinations

  • FedEx Only: We do not use Australia Post or TNT for other international locations. Shipping times vary by country (4–10 business days plus customs).
  • Mandatory Insurance: FedEx shipping cost includes insurance. Signature on Delivery applies. Any additional import duties or taxes remain your responsibility.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

  • Processing: In stock orders generally leave our facility within 1 business day of payment confirmation.
  • Potential Delays: While we aim to meet listed timeframes, we are not responsible for unforeseen carrier or customs delays. We will inform you if we anticipate a significant holdup.

Signature on Delivery is required for all TNT shipments and any trackable AusPost or FedEx options. This ensures secure handover.

Risk & Liability

Standard Shipping (AusPost) – No Insurance: By selecting this method, you understand NextGen Collectors is not liable for losses, theft, or damage beyond minimal carrier coverage.

Express Shipping / TNT / International Methods – Insurance Included: If an insured parcel is lost or damaged, we will assist in filing any relevant claim up to the insured amount.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

It’s your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. If a package returns due to an incorrect address or multiple delivery failures, you may need to pay extra shipping costs to resend. Please double-check at checkout to avoid complications.

Returns & Refunds

For returns (e.g., due to damaged or misdescribed items), see our Returns & Refunds Policy. You must contact us within 14 business days of receipt if an issue arises.
