Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website located at https://www.nextgencollectors.com (“Website”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, and other referenced policies. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or services.

Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make purchases.
  • Legal Capacity: You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Orders and Payment

  • Order Placement: All orders must be placed via our Website and are subject to acceptance by NextGen Collectors. An email confirmation alone does not signify acceptance; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Bank Transfer, PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, UnionPay), Shop Pay. Prices are listed in AUD, inclusive of GST if applicable.
  • Price Changes: Subject to change without prior notice, but once your order is placed, the price is locked in.
  • Full Payment: Payment is processed at the time of ordering to secure pricing.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Domestic (Australia):
    • For orders under $5,000, you may select Australia Post (Standard or Express) or TNT Australia. Orders over $5,000 must use TNT Australia (mandatory insurance). For specifics (including insurance details), see our Shipping Policy.
    • Standard Shipping (Australia Post) includes no insurance; you bear the risk. Express Shipping (Australia Post) always includes insurance (added to the shipping cost). TNT has its own insurance rates automatically applied.
  • International: We ship to New Zealand via Australia Post International or FedEx (both include mandatory insurance). For other countries, we use FedEx only. All relevant duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping Days: We dispatch orders Monday–Thursday to avoid weekend transit delays.
  • Risk of Loss: Title and risk pass to you once items are delivered to the carrier. If you choose a method with no insurance (e.g., Standard under $5,000), NextGen Collectors is not liable beyond minimal carrier coverage.

Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Returns must be initiated within 14 business days of receiving your item, in original condition and packaging. Certain items (e.g., custom or final sale) may be excluded.
  • Process: Contact returns@nextgencollectors.com with your order details and reason. Refunds are typically issued within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Faulty/Damaged Items: If the item arrives damaged or faulty, report within 14 days. Shipping may be reimbursed if a major failure is confirmed under Australian Consumer Law.

High-Value Transactions ($5,000+ AUD)

  • Mandatory Account Registration: For purchases over $5,000 AUD, registering an account is mandatory to ensure enhanced security for these high-value transactions.
  • Shipping Restriction: Orders above $5,000 must ship via TNT Australia with mandatory insurance. See our Shipping Policy for more information.

Pre-Orders, Back Orders, and Special Orders

We offer various order types for items not immediately in stock. Please refer to our Order Types Policy for detailed information on:

  • Pre-Orders: Items scheduled for a future release.
  • Back Orders: Temporarily out-of-stock products awaiting supplier restock.
  • Special Orders: Items not in regular inventory but sourced upon request.
  • Expressions of Interest (EOI): How customers can request items we don’t typically stock.

This policy covers payment requirements, lead times, cancellations, and supplier allocation issues that may affect your order.

User Conduct

  • Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in unlawful activities or interfere with the Website’s functionality (e.g., uploading viruses, impersonating others, collecting personal data without consent).
