1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the NextGen Collectors website (“Website”), you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), along with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and other referenced policies. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website or services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase products or use our services, and you confirm you possess the legal capacity to enter binding contracts.

3. Orders and Payment

All orders must be placed through our Website and are subject to acceptance by NextGen Collectors. Payment is processed at the time of ordering.

Prices are listed in AUD, inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice; once an order is placed, the price is secured in your order confirmation.

Order Review & Security

Orders may be subject to internal review for security and fraud prevention purposes. If an order is identified as high risk or inconsistent with standard purchasing behaviour, we may contact you prior to fulfilment to verify order details.

Where necessary, we reserve the right to cancel and refund an order following review, in accordance with these Terms.

Pricing Errors

We endeavour to ensure all prices displayed on our Website are accurate and not misleading in accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s pricing requirements under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) ( accc.gov.au/consumers/pricing/price-displays).

However, occasional mistakes may occur. If we reasonably determine a pricing error has occurred before your order has been dispatched, we may notify you and give you the option to:

  • Proceed with your order at the corrected price, or
  • Cancel your order and receive a full refund of any amounts paid.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights under the ACL where those rights cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified.

4. Shipping and Delivery

All shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout using live rates provided directly by Australia Post. NextGen Collectors does not manually adjust these rates.

Shipping services are provided via Australia Post, including Standard, Express, Signature on Delivery, and Insurance options where available.

Carrier availability and services may vary depending on parcel size and destination.

5. Returns, Delivery Failures & ACL Consumer Guarantee Rights

All returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Notwithstanding any change-of-mind terms, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) in relation to faulty, defective, or misdescribed products, including rights to repair, replacement, or refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts: If an item is returned to us due to one or more failed delivery attempts or because an incorrect delivery address was provided by you, we are not liable for the failed delivery. If you request the item to be reshipped, you will be responsible for all associated reshipping costs.

Change of Mind Returns: Unless an item is faulty, defective, or does not meet the consumer guarantee standards under the ACL, returns for change of mind are not accepted, including for numismatic or precious metal products affected by market price fluctuations.

Refunds for Faulty or Misdescribed Goods: If a product you receive is faulty, defective, misdescribed, not fit for purpose, or otherwise fails to meet the consumer guarantees under the ACL, you may be entitled to a remedy, including a replacement, repair, or refund. In such cases, in addition to the refund of the purchase price, any original delivery/shipping costs paid by you will also be refunded.

6. Risk of Loss

Without additional insurance, you accept all risks of loss or damage once items have been dispatched, beyond the included standard cover from Australia Post. If additional insurance is arranged, NextGen Collectors will assist with claims up to the insured value.

7. Pre-Orders

Pre-Orders are subject to the terms in our Order Types Policy, including allocation and non-cancellation provisions.

8. Purchase Limits

For products deemed high demand, limited, or allocation-sensitive, purchase limits may be applied at our discretion. We reserve the right to reduce quantities or cancel orders that exceed stated or operational limits. Any cancelled items will be refunded to the original payment method.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NextGen Collectors’ liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia.
