This promotion is available to Australian customers only and applies to one-time purchases placed between 1 June 2026 and 31 July 2026.

Eligible orders must have a minimum spend of $100 AUD after discounts have been applied.

A maximum shipping credit of $13.00 AUD is automatically applied at checkout.

Where a selected shipping service exceeds the maximum promotional shipping credit of $13.00 AUD, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.

Point of Sale (POS) purchases are excluded from this promotion.

1. Scope of the Offer

  • Applies only to orders placed during the advertised promotion period.
  • Available for delivery addresses within Australia only.
  • Applies to eligible Australia Post shipping services available at checkout.
  • May be combined with eligible product discounts and order discounts.

2. Eligibility

  • Minimum order value of $100 AUD after discounts.
  • Applies to one-time purchases only.
  • Point of Sale (POS) purchases are excluded.
  • Orders must be placed during the active promotional period.

3. How Free Shipping Is Applied

  • A maximum shipping credit of $13.00 AUD is automatically applied at checkout.
  • If the selected shipping service costs less than $13.00 AUD, the customer pays nothing for shipping.
  • If the selected shipping service exceeds $13.00 AUD, the customer is responsible for paying the difference.
  • The shipping credit has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, transfers, or refunds.

4. Delivery Failures & Reshipments

  • If an order is returned to NextGen Collectors due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer, the free shipping promotion is considered used.
  • If delivery fails due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, the free shipping promotion is considered used.
  • Any reshipment costs required to resend the parcel are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Consumer Rights

Purchases made under this promotion remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes to This Promotion

NextGen Collectors may modify, suspend, or end this promotion where reasonably necessary.

Any qualifying orders successfully placed before a promotion is withdrawn will continue to receive the promotional benefit applicable at the time the order was placed.
