Free Shipping Promotions Policy

Important: Free shipping is applied as a $14.50 shipping credit at checkout. The credit applies to one (1) order per customer per promotion period and does not include additional insurance beyond the default $100 AusPost cover.

1. Scope of the Offer

  • Applies only to orders placed during the advertised promotion period.
  • Covers domestic orders within Australia only.
  • Standard Australia Post service with tracking and Signature on Delivery included.

2. Eligibility

  • Minimum spend of $25 AUD (after discounts, before optional extras).
  • One (1) order per customer qualifies for the credit during each promotion period.

3. How Free Shipping Is Applied

  • A fixed shipping credit of $14.50 AUD (equivalent to our base Standard Post rate) is automatically deducted at checkout.
  • If you select a higher-cost service (e.g., Express Post), the $14.50 credit is applied and you pay any difference.
  • The credit cannot be combined across multiple orders and does not roll over.

4. Processing & Delivery

  • Orders may be processed and dispatched during the promotion period.
  • Standard Australia Post delivery timeframes apply.

5. Insurance

  • All parcels include the default $100 Australia Post cover.
  • Additional insurance is not included and cannot be added at checkout.
  • To arrange higher cover, contact us at orders@nextgencollectors.com before dispatch.

6. Returns

Purchases under this promotion are covered by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update, modify, or cancel Free Shipping promotions at any time. Changes take effect once published on this page.
