Free Shipping Promo Conditions

1. Scope of the Offer

• Applies to eligible orders placed between 1 November 2026 and 31 December 2026, inclusive.
• Available for delivery addresses within Australia only.
• Applies to eligible Australia Post shipping services available at checkout, including Parcel Post and Express Post, where the shipping charge is less than $14.50.
• May be combined with eligible product discounts and order discounts.
• Applies to one-time purchases only.

2. Eligibility

• A minimum order value of $100 after applicable discounts.
• The delivery address must be located within Australia.
• Orders must be placed during the active promotional period.
• Point of Sale (POS) purchases are excluded.
• Eligible customers may use this promotion on multiple qualifying orders.
• Orders must meet the shipping service eligibility requirements outlined in Section 3.

3. How Free Shipping Is Applied

The promotion automatically discounts qualifying Australia Post shipping services to $0.00 at checkout.

• Australia Post shipping services costing less than $14.50 are fully covered by the promotion.
• Both standard and express shipping services qualify where their shipping charge is below $14.50.
• Shipping services costing $14.50 or more are excluded from the promotion.
• Where an excluded shipping service is selected, the customer is responsible for paying the applicable shipping charge.
• No partial shipping credit is provided for shipping services costing $14.50 or more.
• The promotional shipping discount has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, transfers, or refunds.

4. Delivery Failures & Reshipments

• If an order is returned to NextGen Collectors due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address supplied by the customer, the original promotional shipping benefit is considered used.
• If delivery fails for reasons attributable to the customer, including failure to collect a parcel after reasonable delivery or collection arrangements, the original promotional shipping benefit is considered used.
• Where the customer requests reshipment, the applicable shipping costs must be paid before the parcel is resent, where legally permitted.
• The free shipping promotion does not automatically apply to a second shipment of the same order.
• These conditions do not limit any statutory consumer rights or remedies where a delivery failure is attributable to NextGen Collectors or where Australian Consumer Law applies.

5. Returns & Consumer Rights

Purchases made under this promotion remain subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Numismatic and collectible products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Eligible unopened and unused accessories in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions of our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Opened or used accessories, including opened coin capsules and capsule packs, are not eligible for voluntary change-of-mind returns.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

6. Changes to This Promotion

NextGen Collectors may modify, suspend, or end this promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

Any qualifying orders successfully placed before a promotion is withdrawn will continue to receive the promotional benefit applicable at the time the order was placed.

Any material changes to this promotion will be communicated through our website or relevant promotional materials.
