Returns apply to collectible items and accessories sold by NextGen Collectors, including numismatic products, Australian currency products (such as commemorative coins), and related accessories.

1.2 Return Window:
Returns must be initiated within 14 business days from the date you receive your item.

1.3 Condition of Items:
Items must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and include all original accessories and documentation.

1.4 Proof of Purchase:
A valid order confirmation or receipt is required to process your return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

2.2 Return Approval:
Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we'll provide detailed instructions including packaging guidelines and the designated return address.

2.3 Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged due to our error.

3. Inspection & Refund Process

3.1 Item Inspection:
Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm eligibility based on the stated conditions.

3.2 Issuing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days following inspection.

3.3 Restocking Fee:
Certain returns may incur a restocking fee. If applicable, we'll inform you clearly prior to finalizing your refund.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items

4.2 Major Failures:
In the event of a major fault or significant damage, you may opt for either a refund or a replacement, as specified under Australian Consumer Law.

5. Non-Refundable Items

5.1 Clearance or Final Sale:
Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

5.2 Customised or Personalised Products:
Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless they exhibit significant defects not caused by the customer.

6. Pre-Orders & Deposits

6.1 Pre-Order Cancellations:
Cancelling a pre-order may result in a cancellation fee (typically $25 or 5% of the order value, whichever is lower).

6.2 Supplier Fulfilment Issues:
Should our supplier be unable to fulfil your pre-order, you will receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

7. Exchanges

7.1 Exchange Eligibility:
Items eligible for return may also be exchanged, subject to product availability.

7.2 Prior Approval:
Please contact us via email or through our Contact Us page prior to sending back an item for exchange to confirm availability.

8. Return Shipping Guidelines

8.1 Domestic Returns:
For all returns, use a trackable shipping service with Signature on Delivery. For orders initially exceeding $5,000 and shipped via TNT, returns must be sent using TNT or an equivalently secure shipping method.

8.2 Insurance Recommendation:
We strongly advise purchasing insurance for all returned items. NextGen Collectors is not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping unless the error originated from us.
