1. Overview

2. Change of Mind Returns

NextGen Collectors does not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, including for items such as numismatic products, precious metals, or where price fluctuations may affect the market value after purchase.

If you purchase an item and later change your mind, you may only request a return or exchange if the product is faulty, defective or not as described, under the ACL (see Section 4 below).

3. Delivery Failures and Reshipment

If a purchased item is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address, we are not responsible for the failure to deliver.

You may request that the item be reshipped to you. In such cases, you will be responsible for all associated reshipping costs before the item is dispatched again.

4. Faulty, Defective or Misdescribed Products (Consumer Guarantees)

Under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), consumers have automatic rights called consumer guarantees. These apply regardless of any change-of-mind return policies.

Consumer guarantees may entitle you to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) where a product:

Where the product is eligible for a refund under the ACL, in addition to refunding the purchase price of the item, we will also refund any original delivery/shipping costs you paid at the time of purchase.

In these circumstances, we may ask for the product to be returned for inspection. If the product is determined to be faulty or misdescribed, you will receive a refund of the item and any applicable shipping fees.

5. How to Request a Return

To request a return for a product you believe to be faulty, defective, or not as described, please contact us with the following details:
